Transforming spare Dream Collection Components into Flow Valves and later into Dream Making Engines drastically cuts down the repeated grinding.

For his character Ascension specifically, you must also gather Raging Heart. This boss drop is unique to Fire characters and comes exclusively from the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Ire challenge. At higher Trace tiers the weekly boss item Past Evils of the Borehole Planet Disaster enters the picture, obtainable from Echo of War: Borehole Planet's Old Crater in Herta Space Station. Gallagher needs 12 of these in total. Since weekly boss rewards are limited to three claims per week, start early. The final material is Tracks of Destiny, a universal trace bottleneck. You can earn two guaranteed copies per month from the Embers Exchange shop, farm one weekly from the Simulated Universe, and pick up extras from the Battle Pass or limited-time events.
